Are all pieces done-to-order?

We have ready to wear pieces available. All done-to-order items are labelled ‘done-to-order’ on our website.


How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Items that are done-to-order are processed in 2-14 business days. Stocked items are processed in 1-2 business days. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details on processing and shipping timelines.


Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping options are available at checkout. Please read our Shipping Policy for more details on timelines


Can I return/exchange a product?

We do our best to ensure you are pleased with your order, but in the event that you aren’t, we offer an exchange. See our full Return Policy for more details.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled. To modify/cancel your order, please complete the Contact Form on our website or send us an email to: or call us at +1 876 486 3428. Please note that some changes will incur additional charges to your order.


Do you offer customizations?

I mistakenly paid for an item twice. What do I do?

What cards can I use to place an order online?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. If you are in Jamaica and you would like to pay via wire transfer, you can complete our website Contact Form or via DMs on Instagram, and a member of our team will assist you in placing your order and making the payment (within 24hrs).


Is my payment information safe?

All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols. We do not collect/store your card information.


Why has my payment failed?

Some banks restrict international transactions please check with your bank to see if your attempt to purchase was blocked and try again.
